2015 All Things Widgety Contest Award

During the 2015 Build Convention in Hartford, CT., Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva received the award for the most customer video testimonials in the network.

To win this award, one must contact customers of Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva and ask them if they would be interested in doing a customer video testimonial. The testimonials are completely optional and anonymous. The testimonial interviews are usually between 30 minutes to one hour. During the interview, the interviewer asks the customer questions about the company's services, experience and how the problem within their home was solved. The testimonial is filmed by the interviewer and the footage is sent to Team Basement Systems to be edited. After the footage is edited, it is added to our website for future customers to watch. The video shares with the viewer the customer's problem, rather it be crawl space, attic, etc. The video shows before and after photos of the project completed by Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva and the customer's experience.
