There could be a plumbing leak in your crawl space, a faulty sump pump system or ground water could be leaking in through the concrete walls, the vents or through the loose fitting crawl space door. No matter how the water gets into the crawl space, it needs a way to get out! The water can saturate the dirt floor and cause condensation and humidity with in the crawl space. 

The Solution

To remove the water out of the crawl space, Dr. Energy Saver will install the SmartSump. The SmartSump is installed at the lowest point of the crawl space to collect the water and to pump it outside.
