Our Team Continues Training at Corporate Headquarters This Week

Many of our customers would say Dr. Energy Saver Delaware is already doing a great job with customer service and production techniques, as most of our customer feedback states our inspectors and production crews are courteous and professional. But we believe you can never stop improving.

This week, Dr. Energy Saver Delaware’s team is in Connecticut at the Dr. Energy Saver headquarters completing their annual training. This training is not just to help our team do the best job possible. It is to also help our customers receive the best service possible.

Our team is reviewing building science. This training is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) program that certifies that our inspectors and production team know how to properly identify issues within your home. This course is required by states for home energy and comfort checkup contractors to be eligible contractors for their rebate programs. Dr. Energy Saver is the only private company that is certified to run its own training for this course!
