Changing your Scenery - the Affordable Way

There are some people in the world that need a change in their life – something drastic. I admit I am one of these people, but I usually resort to changing my hair because it is less expensive than other options. But many others feel their need for change would be satisfied by moving, giving them a literal change of scenery. The only downfall with this is it may be harder to afford to move at this time.

With the previous payroll tax cut not being extended, there are predictions of another recession headed our way. I know that most people fear the word recession, but there are ways to overcome this fear. I know I am a little less afraid now that I know all recession means is most people will spend less money to make up for the money they used to get when we had the tax break.

So now some people may have a conundrum. They feel the need to move but don’t have the required income needed to move. One solution to the, “Got to get a new address,” itch: remodel instead.

For example, say you are going to knock a wall out to open up the space in a room.
