Radon testing inside this Lewes, DE home showed levels that were above the degree of risk this homeowner wanted. Lawson Home Services was contracted to install a first rate radon mitigation system.
Typically the vent tube is routed from the basement to an outside wall and then runs to the roofline where the radon can be safely vented. the This project was slightly more complex than most and required a creative solution.
Solution
In this case it was necessary to go up through the garage and then through the attic, venting above the roofline.
