This new home had a radon system
Radon system installed in July 2022, failed to do its job properly.

Unsealed Crack in basement floor/foundation wall joint
A radon system cant do its job if cracks like this allow air to leak underneath the slab. Shoddy, incomplete work done.

Vent Tube
About the only thing the Inspector found to be in compliance with this system was the use of 4' pvc pipe.

Depressurization fan gauge
This gauge shows the fan is sucking - but unfortunately the leaks in the basement floor render the depressurization completely ineffective in removing the radon from underneath the basement floor slab.
