Photo Album: Radon Mitigation Service in Wilmington, DE 19810
A homeowner in Wilmington, Delaware, reached out to us at Lawson Home Services because they were worried about the potential risks of prolonged radon exposure in their home.
When we visit a property to assess the need for a radon mitigation system, our first priority is to check for any cracks or openings in the basement or crawl space that could allow radon gas to seep in.
We also make sure to carefully inspect and seal any sump pits to prevent radon from entering the home, as shown in the photo we've provided.
Sump Pit
It is dug below the basement floor where the radon pipe pulls radon directly beneath the home's foundation and vents it outside.
Radon Pipe
The team were installing the pipes that will vent out the radon gas outside.
Crack Sealing
We had to ensure that the place is sealed.
