Customer said "his floors are a little cold and he has a weird smell coming out of the crawlspace". High moisture levels in crawlspace can lead to many things, one of them is moisture in the insulation it self. When wet, the insulation gets heavy and falls it also gets a "nasty" smell to it. By removing the insulation from under the floor and encapsulating the crawlspace this will help reduce the moisture levels.
