Moisture Problem In Crawl Space

Installation Well Under Way
The production crew have installed the drainage matting and have moved on to the next step of adding SilverGlo rigid foam board insulation with radiant barrier to the walls of the crawl space.
Air Sealing of the Rim Joists
The Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva production team have sealed the SilverGlo rigid foam board insulation as well as air sealed the rim joists with closed cell spray foam. This will prevent any air leakage due to small cracks and crevices to enter the crawl space. Finally they have laid down CleanSpace liner to keep everything protected and dry.
Project Completed
This is a picture of the completed project. Not only does it look way better than it did before but these upgrades will alleviate the moisture and odor problem associated with it and also make this Salisbury, MD home more efficient.
