Before the Encapsulation Process
This vented crawl space was a mess before Dr. Energy Saver was called. The insulation from the sub floor was sagging away, allowing air to pass through it and debris needed to be removed.
Goodbye Old Access Door!
This homeowner was in much need of a new crawl space door. Their access door was leaky and loose fitting. Allowing air, water and pests through it.
Installing Drainage Matting
The production team has begun to install the drainage matting along the dirt floor. The drainage matting is dimpled to create air space for water to flow.
SilverGlo Installation
Now, the production crew has begun to install SilverGlo along the walls of the crawl space. This seals off any further air that passes through the crawl space.
CleanSpace Encapsulation System
Finally, the crawl space has been completely encapsulated. Now the homeowners can have a clean, humid free crawl space while also lowering their utility costs.
Everlast Crawl Space Door
The Everlast crawl space door has replaced the old leaky door. Everlast is custom cut to the size needed to fit the homeowners crawl space and is airtight.
