I'm so sorry, I can't remember the girls name who answered the phone but she went over and above to accommodate an appointment that worked with our schedule. John Carpenter was very personal and explained the work. That was the most important part, him explaining the work that needs to be done to help conserve energy.

IN SHORT: Bedroom 60' away from furnace. Was cold and drafty in winter since moved there in 2009. Slept with two blankets, 1 an electric blanket. When temperatures outside reached 40 degrees, turned the electric blanket on to go to sleep & during the night. January 7, 2014, temperature outside was 13 degrees & wind blowing. Must admit, SURPRISE SURPRISE. Only one blanket, NO electric blanket. When temperature around 50 degrees later in the week, some nights just a sheet would do. Delaware Co-op advises to check the ducts for leaks & if approved tape to seal. Best leave it to The Pros. I left it to Joe & Carlos of Dr. Energy Saver, The Pro's, & they brought reduction in air leaks(loss of heat) down by 96%! Reduction of supply ducts down to 1 square inch & return ducts down to 3 square inches; from the size of a 36"x8' door.

Rose stated that they can feel a difference already and the job was completed only 3 days ago. She is very happy she got the work done now before the weather started getting really cold. 

John was terrific. We are just considering options right now and timelines for projects, budgets, etc. John could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. Superb rep for your company.

All I can say is everybody from the office, to the workers that came to the house were polite, easy to talk too and really informative.

Kathleen, Thank you very much for the photos. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dr. Energy Saver from start to finish. Rarely these days do you get what you pay for, but in this case I truly feel that I received a true value for my investment.  Kevin got the ball rolling with the first rate energy evaluation of our entire home. This was followed by a very detail assessment of the evaluation. He never rushed or pushed during this discussion. He let the facts speak for themself.  Steve and the installation crew arrived a few weeks later to begin working in the attic and the crawl space. When I first met Steve I asked him if my crawl space would end up looking as good as the photo on his truck. He quickly replied, "it will look better." Well, Steve and his crew worled at our house for a full week and they delivered. Both the attic and crawl space finished much better than I had expected. Steve did not disappoint. The attic and crawl space finished better than the photos on the company truck.  During this entire process, the job site was visited by Kevin and the company's managers. The entire company took ownership of our project right from the start. Steve and his crew checked in every morning explaining the work to be done for that particular day. He routinely kept me informed as to his progress throughout the day. More importantly, Steve and the crew located a few areas of concern with my plumbing in the crawl space. By pointing our these concerns when he did, it gave me the opportunity to have the plumbing issues addressed, which ultimately saved me a significant amount of money.  Once again, I am a big fan of this company and their process. Additionally, I am pleased to say that as promised, we have already begun to see a significant reduction in our homes energy usage resulting in lower utility bills.  Respectfully, Tom F.

1. Can you share the problem you had with your home that prompted you to call Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva? We are restoring the old family home, which is one of the 5 governor's homes in Milton, DE. The home was built in the early 1800's.  2. Can you share with us your experience with the crew? The crew did an excellent job!! I was very impressed with how thorough they were. As work progressed, they would consult with me to see if there were any concerns I had and if any changes needed to be made. They made me feel very comfortable with their work from the beginning and were very quickly responsive to suggestions.  3. Can you share with us your experience with the office staff? The office staff is very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. 4. Can you share with us your experience with your sales rep? The sales representative was very thorough and quick to respond to questions. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable in helping solve challenges. 5. Did we meet your full expectations? Absolutely and more so!! 6. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, what rating would you give us? If your rating is lower than a 10, what can we do to improve? 10-12!! 7. What would be the top 3 reasons you would tell a friend to hire Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva? Great insulation for a reasonable price - prices better than competitors! 8. Have you noticed any changes in the energy efficiency of your home? For example: lower utility costs? We are not quite at that point with our construction. However, the building is instantly warmer & quieter.  9. Why did you choose Dr. Energy Saver Delmarva versus another company? Better price and local company! 10. Any last thoughts? I highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver and plan to use them again in the very near future. They did a fantastic job and were highly responsive to any concerns. They continued to work until every little question was resolved!!

Lawson did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent. Had no clue how clogged it was with lint.

The installation crew was very courteous. From the first time I called the office, the staff was courteous and helpful. The installation was prompt and the crew cleaned up when finished. I would recommend Dr. Energy Saver to all my friends.

The knowledge in product and the presentation gave me faith in your company and the solutions presented. Jim answered all my questions and gave me enough information to research about spray foam. Travis was very impressive with his attention to details and the cleanliness.

After my first meeting with Kevin I knew I wanted to work with Dr. Energy Saver. Not only did Kevin provide me with great service, the office staff and install crew exceeded my expectation. Everyone was courteous and helpful, arriving on time and maintaining a clean work environment from the initial Home Performance Checkup to the installation.
